Belgian IPA
This is almost straight from Randy Mosher book, adapted to ingredients I can find. I’m keeping it around because it was particularly pleasant (there is none of it left): it’s hoppy without being too bitter, so people who aren’t usually fans of IPAs actually just find this one very tasty.
- 4.4kg Pale malt
- 600g Carahell
- 60g Wai-ti (bittering) (or Hallertau)
- 80g Saaz (flavour)
- Safbrew S04
This has become one of my recurring recipe.
