I enjoy making labels for my beers. I make them with Inkscape, and random pictures I find on the Internet.
It turns out you can print on any printer (although laser printers are better, inkjets will work as well), dip the paper in milk and apply it to the bottle. The biggest risk is mould if the bottle is not stored in a dry place. It seems storing the bottles in carboard boxes is best as the box absorbs moisture from the label and keeps it dry.
Marin Quatredenier, a professional illustrator, drew this label for the Antimoine, which I’ve also used for the Confinée.
